The open spec Orange Pi 2G-IoT single board Linux computer is now available. Apart from Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, this tiny PC also features cellular connectivity. Orange Pi 2G-IoT is powered by 1GHz ARM Cortex-A5 32-bit processor and 256MB RAM. You can buy this board on Aliexpress (link given ahead).

In February, The Raspberry Pi Foundation launched the wireless-enabled Raspberry Pi Zero W. It was a tiny single board computer that came loaded with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. But, what about the cellular connectivity? What if you wish to insert your SIM card in your Linux board and use the internet?
To solve this need, Orange Pi 2G-IoT was created. It’s a small SBC that has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular data options. However, currently, it’s just limited to 2G data speeds.
While the Orange Pi 2G-IoT was unveiled at the start of this year, the board is now available on Aliexpress for just $9.90.
Talking about the specifications of Orange Pi 2G-IoT, it’s powered by a 1GHz ARM Cortex-A5 32-bit processor and 256MB RAM. For graphics, you get Vivante GV860. This quad-core SBC is the first Orange Pi to ditch the Allwinner SoC family.
