Ebenezer Tosin Oloba, a young Nigerian man and one Oscar Felipe Fuentes died after being involved in a fatal accident on their way to a student government
conference in College Station, Texas.

The accident happened on Saturday, February 25. For reasons unknown, their vehicle went off the highway and plunged into the San Antonio River.
According to KIII TV, Fuentes was 19 and from Kingsville while Oloba, 23, and lived in Snellville. They were pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on U.S. 77 near Farm-to-Market Road near the Victoria-Refugio county line Sunday afternoon.

They were both students at Texas A&M University-Kingsville TAMUK and members of the student government association.

The Association planned to hold a candlelight vigil in honor of the two students at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28 in front of the Javelina statues on University Boulevard.
Meanwhile, according to reports, an unidentified student of the University of Ilorin, had attempted to end his life because he had been affected by the crash of MMM.
