AMD has revealed its three new Ryzen 7 processors, which will be launched on March 2. With these CPUs, AMD aims to challenge Intel’s supremacy. Coming in three tiers, these processors beat Intel’s top PC chips’ price and performance. The processors are up for preorder via different retailers.
o compete Intel in a bigger way, AMD is all set to launch its latest Ryzen CPUs based on company’s Zen chip architecture. These new chips, which are succeeding AMD’s last generation of disappointing releases, manage to get a 52 percent boost in instructions per cycle.
On March 2, AMD will carry out the hard launch of three new Ryzen 7 chips that are all set to outperform Intel’s silicon. Combined with the fraction of the price, AMD’s chips are surely something Intel should be very much worried about.

Ryzen 7 1800X runs at 3.6GHz – 4.0GHz for $499. It performs 9% better than Intel Core i7 6900L.
2. Ryzen 7 1700X
Ryzen 7 1700X runs at 3.4GHz – 3.8GHz for $399. It performs 39% better than Intel Core i7 6800K.
3. Ryzen 7 1700
Ryzen 7 1700 runs at 3.0GHz – 3.7GHz for $329. It performs 46% better than Intel Core i7 7700K.

The prices of these processors are about 35%-50% lesser as compared to their Intel counterparts.
It’s great to have some competition in the market. But, it’ll also be wrong to assume that it’s going to bring back the golden days of the PC. Still, let’s hope that AMD can fulfill the need for higher performance at lower prices.
