Amazon India Reports 1 Million Registrations For The Nokia 6 Smartphone

There's a lot of demand for the Nokia 6 in India, with Amazon's local business reporting 1 million registrations for the smartphone. It's priced at Rs. 14,999 and registrations started on July 14, with the phone set to go on sale on August 23.

Unlike the Nokia 5, Nokia 3310, and Nokia 3, this handset is an Amazon exclusive in the country and it won't be sold in retail stores.

All four devices were revealed during MWC 2017 and the Nokia 6 will be the fourth to arrive in the market.

It offers a 5.5-inch 1080p display, a Snapdragon 430 processor, an Adreno 505 GPU, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage, a 16 MP rear camera, and a 3,000 mAh battery.

Indian customers are evidently excited about the new era of Nokia smartphones on Android and have welcomed the brand with open arms. Nokia 6 has witnessed enormous interest from its fans since the registrations opened on 14 July. The subscription growth is expected to intensify closer to the sale date of 23rd August 2017.- Amazon India
