Google Says There Will Be 11 Phones Capable Of Working With The Daydream Virtual Reality Platform

By the end of 2017, Google says there will be 11 phones capable of working with the Daydream virtual reality platform. CEO Sundar Pichai announced the plan during the Alphabet earnings calls. Daydream phones can work with Daydream
viewers and a touch controller to provide a mobile-based VR experience.
Four Daydream-ready handset models currently exists: Google's Pixel devices, the Motorola Moto Z, Huawei's Mate 9 Pro and Porsche Design Mate 9, and the ZTE Axon 7. Support for the platform is also going to reach the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus.
