A Student Developer Wanted To Change The Game And Modified An Exercise Machine To Make People Fitter And Healthier

Ronan Byrne, a student developer, wanted to change the game and modified an exercise machine to make people fitter and healthier by the day as they continue their binge watching regime.

Cycflix is an Arduino-powered system that includes an exercise bike and a home entertainment system. It lets you watch Netflix, but only if you exercise.
All you need to do is start burning calories, so the machine starts playing your favorite TV show. Cycflix can automatically pause an ongoing stream if you stop moving your legs on the exercise bike. The stream resumes when you start burning calories and reach the required speed.
Cyclflix isn’t that cruel as you might assume. It allows you to customize the length of the workout, resting time, the number of sets, the intensity of the exercise, etc.
There is another great thing about Cycflix, it’s an open source project (source code on GitHub), and you can make one on your own using the tutorial uploaded on Instructables by its creator.
