Nintendo Creating Zelda Game For iOS

Nintendo is working on a Legend of Zelda title for iOS, reports the Wall Street Journal. It'd be the first time Nintendo has come out with a mobile Zelda game and it'd continue the company's relatively recent venture into mobile gaming.

The Zelda game is said to be coming out after Animal Crossing for iOS is released. That launch is expected to occur in the second half of the year.
Details about the game are scarce. We don't know if it'll be an entirely new 3D RPG game, a port of an existing handheld game, or something else.
Nintendo appears interested in building on the success of Breath of the Wild and it may have also been influenced by The Pokemon Company's success with Pokemon Go last year.
