Lenovo Confirms Battery Size In Upcoming Moto Z2 Play Handset

The successor to the Moto Z Play is about to be announced and we already had a decent amount of details about the handset. The phone has also gone through TENAA, which confirmed rumours that the device will pack in a smaller battery (3,000 mAh) compared to its predecessor (3,510 mAh).

Today, a Lenovo rep has put an end to those rumours, confirming that the Moto Z2 Play will indeed come with a 3,000 mAh battery, but no other details were revealed. This is a rather disappointing news, since the original Moto Z Play had an excellent battery time and everyone was hoping that Motorola would work on fixing some small things and release an even better handset.
