Drama played out on Instagram recently after an angry Instagram user
@hammerglass_nigeria, confronted the Lagos state PPRO, Mrs Dolapo Badmos, for 'being insensitive' to the plight of people whose relatives have been kidnapped and who didn't get any police interference.
The angry Instagram user said:
"My mom was kidnapped last month, I called these officers including Aliyu Giwa, even the commissioner, they just played us left and right.
They always said they are busy with seminars and one event or the other and they stopped picking my calls when I questioned whether their events were more important than my mother's life."

A city captures, encapsulates and expresses the totality of a people’s way of life. Not surprisingly, Western European cities have a similar character, a character that is different from (for example) Asian cities.
