Paying your tithe is what qualifies you for God's blessing - Bishop Oyedepo

Popular Nigerian pastor and founder of Living Faith Church (Winners Chapel), Bishop Oyedepo has caused uproar after his video of payment of tithes and offering hits the internet.
Bishop Oyedepo says paying your tithe is what qualifies you for God's blessing
Bishop Oyedepo
In the video, Bishop Oyedepo disclosed that those who pay their tithe are
qualified for God’s blessings adding that there are conditions to receiving God’s blessings as long as one takes to prophetic instructions.
Everybody believes that God has an open heaven full of blessings for his people but it takes your tithe to open the file for you. So if you only know the promise and you don’t know the conditions, you will die frustrated. Christ has redeemed us from the curse of sin, poverty, death but what does it take to get there, it takes faith in the demand. People just believe the problem but not the demands. It is believing in the demand that entitles you to the fulfilment of the promise. There is no provision in the scriptures without conditions attached. Even as free as salvation is, you need to repent before you can be saved. There is nothing provided for without conditions to make.”

A city is not just an agglomeration of buildings, streets and public spaces cobbled together by architectural, engineering and urban planning standards. A city captures, encapsulates and expresses the totality of a people’s way of life. Not surprisingly, Western European cities have a similar character, a character that is different from (for example) Asian cities.
