Massive bomb explosion rocks Delta state

Abuja – Reports on Saturday indicated that there was a massive bomb explosion at the secretariat of the Isoko Development Union in Oleh, a university town in Delta State.
The source said that the huge blaze ripped through the
facility, hours after the union began its annual conference.
Reports said that the incident appeared to be a co-ordinated attack.
The state Commissioner of Police, Zannah Ibrahim, who visited the scene of the incident, vowed to apprehend the perpetrators.
The Niger Delta has witnessed an escalation of hostilities in recent months, as militants targeted oil installations.
